2026 Source Football Member Giveaway Terms

1. Sponsor

The 2026 Source Football Member Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Source Media Properties, 40 W. Fourth St., Mansfield, OH 44902 (“Sponsor”).

The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with The Ohio State University, the University of Michigan, the Big Ten Conference, the NCAA, FOX or any other third party associated with the football game or participating teams.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Ohio who are 18 years of age or older and satisfy one of the following requirements:

Source Member Entrants: The individual is an active paid Source member and submits the Member Giveaway entry form during the Giveaway Period.

Previously Eligible Entrants: The individual submitted a valid entry under the free alternative method of entry offered under the original 2026 Football Sweepstakes rules before August 28, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. All such entries remain valid. Those individuals do not need to become Source members or take any additional action to remain eligible for the drawing.

Employees, officers and directors of Source Media Properties and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible.

3. Giveaway Period

The promotion began at 5 p.m. Eastern Time Aug. 21, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time Nov. 15, 2026.

These Member Giveaway Terms become effective August 28, 2026 at 4 p.m.

All valid entries received under the original 2026 Football Sweepstakes rules before the effective date of these terms remain eligible.

4. How Source Members Enter

Eligible Source members may enter by completing the Member Giveaway entry form on this page during the Giveaway Period.

Becoming a Source member does not automatically enter an individual in the Giveaway. Members must submit the Member Giveaway entry form to indicate that they wish to participate.

Source membership is a paid subscription to Source journalism that provides benefits independent of this Giveaway. No separate fee is charged to members to enter the Giveaway.

Limit one entry per eligible person. Duplicate entries may be removed.

5. Previously Submitted Free Entries

Before the effective date of these Member Giveaway Terms, Sponsor offered an alternative method of entry that did not require a Source membership or purchase.

All valid entries received through that method before the effective date of these terms will be honored and included in the drawing.

Previously eligible entrants are not required to purchase a membership or submit another entry. Ending the prior free-entry method does not affect the eligibility of an entry validly received before the effective date of these terms.

6. Prize

One winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Ohio State vs. Michigan football game scheduled for Nov. 28, 2026, at Ohio Stadium in Columbus, Ohio.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,850.

The prize consists solely of the two game tickets. Transportation, parking, lodging, food, beverages and all other expenses associated with attending the game are the responsibility of the winner.

The prize is nontransferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

If the game is postponed, rescheduled or canceled for reasons outside Sponsor’s control, Sponsor is not responsible for providing substitute transportation, accommodations or other compensation beyond any rights associated with the tickets themselves.

The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, fees or other expenses associated with acceptance or use of the prize.

7. Winner Selection and Odds

One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries, including eligible Source Member Giveaway entries and valid entries received under the original promotion before the effective date of these terms.

The drawing will take place on or about Nov. 16, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner using the contact information associated with the entry.

The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of the first notification attempt unless Sponsor specifies another deadline.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is determined to be ineligible or fails to satisfy these terms, Sponsor may disqualify that individual and randomly select an alternate potential winner.

9. Verification

All entrants and potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor.

For Source Member Entrants, Sponsor may verify that the entrant satisfies the membership requirements described in these terms.

Sponsor reserves the right to request reasonable documentation necessary to verify identity, age, Ohio residency, membership eligibility or compliance with these terms before awarding the prize.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city of residence, photograph, likeness and statements regarding the Giveaway for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Source Media Properties and its officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

Sponsor is not responsible for injury, loss or damage resulting from attendance at or travel to or from the football game.

12. Technical Problems

Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or not received because of technical failures, internet or website outages, email filtering or other circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

If technical issues affect the administration or integrity of the Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right to take reasonable action necessary to administer the Giveaway fairly.

13. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner and otherwise as described in Sponsor’s applicable privacy practices.

Submitting the Member Giveaway form does not change an entrant’s existing email subscription preferences solely by virtue of entering the Giveaway.

14. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who attempts to tamper with the entry process, obtain more than the permitted number of entries, provide false information or otherwise violate these terms.

Sponsor may modify, suspend or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures or other circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affect its integrity or proper administration, subject to applicable law.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding administration of the Giveaway and interpretation of these terms are final to the extent permitted by law.

15. Governing Law

The Giveaway and these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

16. Winner Information

Following confirmation of the winner, requests for the winner’s name may be submitted to Source Media Properties at 40 W. Fourth St., Mansfield, OH 44902.

Requests must be received within 60 days after the Giveaway ends.
